What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm on; check-out is before 11am. If you wish, on the day of departure you can check-out and leave your luggage at the front desk, relax at the swimming pool or at our “beach”, waiting for your time of departure.

 

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. There might be a surcharge on the amount based on bank conditions applied.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

For each rate and offer, there are different cancellation policies. We invite you to read them before booking on this official website.

 

Do you have Internet connection?

The Wi-Fi connection is fast, reliable and free. You can use it in the common areas, in the rooms or in the garden. This service is provided by TIM.

 

Do you have parking areas?

There is free, open-air parking with camera surveillance inside the property.

 

Do you have a gluten free menu?

Yes, gluten free products are available at iConic Resort. We kindly ask you to inform us about your needs before your arrival.

 

What are the opening hours of the gym?

The gym is available for free for all of our guests over the age of 18 and it is possible to use it from 9am to 7pm.

 

Is a laundry service available?

There is an extra charge for laundry service; it is available every day except Sunday.

 

Are animals admitted?

We accept all small animals. We remind you that at iConic Resort you will find a nice and affectionate Golden Retriever called Blu, great especially with children. This breed is used in hospitals for Pet Therapy.

With extra charge, it is possible to prepare dog food, book a dog sitter or a vet and nearby there are many animal stores.

 

I must leave earlier than the reservation. Do I have to pay a penalty?

In case of an early departure, usually we charge up to 70% of the remaining nights, as you can read in our regulations.

 

When can I pay? How?

Unless different directions or agreements, you will settle your payment on the morning of your departure with cash, credit or debit card.

Do you have children’s entertainment?

The program of our children’s entertainment is rich and can cover the entire day. It is upon request and has an extra charge.

 

Do children have a reserved area where they can play?

iConic Resort has an external fenced area with games for children, but there are also other public and private playgrounds in Arezzo.

 

What services do you offer for children?

iConic Resort offers some services for children. When you make a reservation, inform us about your needs so that we can make sure that at your arrival you will find a crib, bottle warmer, potty and night lights. On request we can provide a high chair and a microwave in the dining room. Extra charge for bicycles with child seats or strollers.

 

Do you cook baby food?

Since we only use fresh ingredients we don’t use baby food, but we can help by making, with the indications of the mother, broth, soup, vegetable puree, fish puree, meat puree or fruit smoothies: just ask us! We are available for any kind of needs or special requests, so we can decide together when to dine as well.
